About Us

Debby Da Costa created Sent From Heaven out of her passion for providing meaningful, compassionate and quality care. Drawing on her extensive experience in a variety of healthcare settings including but not limited to nursing homes, retirement homes, hospital and home healthcare organizations. Debby saw how care could be limited, rushed and even neglected in many regions.  Therefore, moved by this, Debby was compelled to make a difference.

Caring relationships are the foundation of our work, coupled with a sincere concern for the betterment of life that goes beyond doing more for our clients entrusted in our care. These are values that strengthen our relationships with clients, their loved ones, and our community. We understand that each individual is unique and deserves to be heard. Your voice and the voice of your loved ones are most important to us. Therefore, our goal is to provide a peace of mind to our clients and their loved ones through excellent care and support.

In addition to her work experience, Debby and her daughter Ciara have also faced challenges while looking after their loved ones. Both of Debby’s parents had health issues that required her to be their special caregivers. These experiences led to the creation of Sent From Heaven, a home healthcare agency that genuinely cares for each and everyone of its clients as if they were part of the family.
